The DWI Education Program is a 3 day course. Classes are LIVE, instructor led via Zoom. Each day is 4 hours.
This program is state certified and in compliance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) standards.
This program is taught over 3 days, with 4 hours each day. You must attend all days to successfully complete the 12 hour program.

After completing the forms, email them to info@AliveandWell.net. Make sure your full name is written in the subject area of the email.
After we receive your completed registration documents, and your fee, you will receive your Zoom Meeting Invitation on the day before your first class.
