The Texas State Certified DWI Program

1) Download and complete your registration documents & DWI Policies forms .

2) After completing all of the registration documents & Policies forms, email them to info@AliveAndWellCenter.net

4) Click here OR click the button to pay your fee & reserve your classes.

This program is taught live, via Zoom.

It is a 12 hour program, with 4 hours each day for 3 consecutive days.

3) Download your DWI workbook. Keep this for use throughout the program. Do not fill it out now.

After selecting your dates for the program you will receive your Zoom meeting link via email the day before your first day of class.
